So earlier I was playing with my friend and I had gotten a in game message after my game was done that I couldn’t connect to the servers. After that I was still able to play games but I couldn’t see any other players. After the match was over I couldn’t see any stats or receive any req points as well as no xp gains. I also cannot activate any boosts for the game modes. I moved on to Warzone and I couldn’t use any Req weapons but I was getting all the Req levels. I did turn off my xbox and turn it back on and disconnected from my internet and reconnected but it did not seem to work. The shop does not work to buy the packs and I cannot see any armor that I have gotten. I hope this issue can be fixed quickly or somehow receive help on how i can resolve it myself.
I have fixed the problem by going to the dashboard to quit and relaunch Halo.
