The update isn’t out yet, it won’t be coming out until next week. Live stream is this Tuesday.
If you’re not seeing your REQ points it may be server related issues. Try restarting your game / console and check again. You can also check your REQs in your service record here to make sure everything is ok. Moving this over to support in the mean time
