I purchased the Warzone REQ bundle, Arena REQ bundle, and my Limited Edition REQ bundle and have yet to receive my limited edition REQ bundle? Any idea what could be happening?
Isn’t the Bundle that comes with the Limited Edition just a Warzone REQ Bundle? You can only get one Warzone REQ Bundle per account (same with Arena REQ Bundle).

SO what I wasted a code? Why would it let me redeem it then and not warn me? I thought it was a different thing.

In short, you did waste a code, because the Bundles are supposed to be one per account, and you missed the grace period where 343i was honoring duplicate purchases.

What… That seems so unfair. I wanted to watch the series and thought the REQ pack was a special one not related to the one purchased in the shop.
I wish they would inform us better…
Still looking for a 343i response to this. I was basically scammed out of $25
You weren’t scammed I’m afraid OP, the information on bundles has been available since before launch. The store pages for each bundle also state that you can only have one bundle per account

The card from which I redeemed the code never said anything about that nor did it link me anywhere to inform me on that info. How was I supposed to know?

Yes, you’re correct. The Limited Edition game includes a code for the Warzone REQ Bundle.
Anyone purchasing it separately to this as well is just wasting their money unfortunately.
SO I have contacted Microsoft support about the problem and they said that if they put the situation under investigation I could potentially be investigated for fraud and it would be wise not to do so to protect my account.
I haven’t received my REQs and now im being threatened with investigation for fraud? This is crazy!
I will never even thing about buying REQs from this company anymore!

The problem is, again, that Warzone REQ Bundles are supposed to be one per account. The was a problem before where people would buy a Bundle then try to redeem a code for another Bundle; 343i saw this issue, addressed it, and honored purchases for people within a certain window. They said that anyone who tried to redeem a second Bundle after that window would be unable (see that link I posted earlier). Since the Bundle in the Limited Edition is just a Warzone REQ Bundle, you can’t get another one. And that does suck, but the information about the Bundles is available to the public. I’m sure you’re not actually being fraudulent, but perhaps the best thing to do would be to inform Xbox that you simply didn’t know that the Bundles were one per account, so you were confused when your second Bundle didn’t show up, and drop the issue. Since that code was just part of a larger collector’s edition, I don’t think you can get refunded for it (because the code is now used, and because you probably don’t want to return the whole Limited Edition).
Well until they fix the issue I guess they lost me as a customer
