So I purchased some req packs earlier after getting some extra money. The problem is it never got them. So I think maybe it just didn’t go through. So I try again and still nothing but was charged both times. Any suggestions?
How long have you waited, and have you tried ressetting your system?

I second that. Anything involving money errors should always be called to support immediately. They are always going to be the only ones who can help.
Recommendation: Don’t purchase any more REQs until you get the issue sorted.
