I completed the Storm the Walls commendation today but didn’t get the req pack or the Imperial emblem, what gives?

Just had exactly the same problem. It said I’d done 2 commendations, but when I went to open the packs there was nothing there. I feel robbed!
Have been getting robbed of req packs today as well. After a slayer match it’ll show that I’ve received a reward pack, select it and there’s nothing there
