That made my day when I heard that… If one thing pissed me the most in reach was how all the maps were basically forge maps and remakes from the other games and when they weren’t forge maps they were parts of out of the levels… In my opinion that showed us that bungie was getting lazy and little cocky and not even putting some effort into the maps… Thank 343 for not making the same mistake… Whats everyone else’s opinions on this?

I didn’t hate all of the maps in Reach, but I think it’s smart that Halo 4’s MM maps will be made entirely for multiplayer.
Ya they weren’t all awful its just they got a little boring after awhile…
I disliked most of Reach’s default maps. I loved every moment in the DLC maps though.
Reach’s main issues for me was the maps indeed.
I think Bungie just wanted to get things over with and be done with the series already. They were under contract for one more Halo game (which became Reach), but you can tell that they didn’t put their best efforts into some things. I’m very happy that we’ll be getting original maps. Just like it should be.
