No reason for 1 month ban?

Unfortunately I got banned for a month but I didn’t receive any reason on why I was banned.

Both replies I got from my ticket said I broke Spartan code but I don’t know what part I broke.

Has anyone else had this Happen? Just looking to see if I can fix it anyway or I may end up breaking the code again when I get unbanned.

You didn’t swipe your credit card often enough bubs. That’s a banable offence around these parts.
