No promotional req pack? please help

So today i saw a code for the hunter armour and additional goods for halo 5 and thought aw heck Ill buy it, so i got my code redeemed it with no issue and installed the pack, Next i go into the game and check my unopened reqs and see nothing there? Just wondering if there was any fixes
(I have contacted microsoft support on the matter and have tried all of their suggestions, power cycling the console etc but no luck)

Things I have tried
-deleting and re-installing req pack
-clearing system cache
-power cycling console
-checking my collection to see if Armour is there
-checking my unopened reqs on this site

Edit: It has now been 24hrs since I redeemed the code and still no luck…

Have you checked if the armor is already unlocked in your REQs? If not try perhaps uninstalling the pack and re-installing?

yes i checked my collection and didn’t see it also just tried deleting and re-installing and no luck
