No Promotion Reward Req Pack

Last night I leveled up to 30 and after the match I received my promotion reward req pack and when I went to redeem it there was a red screen error and said it was unable to open it so I ended the activity and then went to open it and it said it was already open even though it continued to appear in requisitions. Then when I loaded up the game today I had a profile sync error and my level 30 req pack was no longer there and I had no rewards from it either.
I have since leveled to 31 and successfully opened the promotion pack for that but still nothing for level 30.
I hope you can resolve this for me.

Hey OP, the items from that REQ pack should be in your inventory already. Although it gave you an error when opening, you really just skip the opening animation. You can check your REQs here on Waypoint or do a hard reset of your console for them to show up.
