No progress for wraith destroyer commendation?

I noticed for the past week or so that I’m no longer receiving progress when I destroy enemy wraiths. This is for both AI wraith and Spartan operated wraiths. I’ve boarded several enemy wraiths and I only recieve a grenade kill medal for it and no commendation progress. My progress is basically stuck at level 5 with 0/30 wraith destructions.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Yup, been stuck at 9/10 warden kills for 3 days now. It will give me the legendary kill medal but won’t give me the commendation.
