No Preorder Req Packs

I preordered halo 5 but my preorder req packs aren’t showing up, and I can’t seem to find a way to download the packs, it just says “BUNDLE ONLY”. If someone else has encountered this issue please let me know how you fixed it.

I bought the limited edition and didn’t get the warzone req bundle, all I had was one pack when I started up the game, cheers for taking my 100 euro and giving me nothing at all though

I just got the $25 req bundle pack which states 18 packs, I received 2 only. Really? Wth us going on?

It’s 2 REQ packs release every week for 7 weeks…

Same I bought it from the marketplace. And I really want those bonuses. I made a post by it go lost in the balance the pistol threads eventhough the pistol is fine.
