No pre-paid code for anniversary?

So I just bought a brand new copy of Halo Anniversary, Microsoft Sealed, But I have no Pre-paid code? This is the code for the map pack for Reach. Any answers or people I could contact?

The shop you bought it from and demand you get a code, if not, get your money back and go to a different store.

my code was inside the game. together w the avatar items and a 48 hour trial (right where the instruction booklet is) r we talking about the code for the new maps?
