I preordered halo 5 about a month ago and was promised a skin and energy bayonet. (And 10$ but that could be due in a week). When my game came, there was no code with it to put in. And no code emailed to me to put in.
I cant not just open it. I cant even get it. And if i get an energy bayonet with my req packs ive been opening. I’ll be pretty annoyed that my preorder bonus was for nothing.
Im thinking about calling. Anyone know a way to get my code?

You probably should have gotten an email with a code in it for the preorder bonus. That’s how I got mine from Gamestop. Try contacting the people you bought the game from. Sometimes you’ll have to wait a certain amount of business days after the game ships in order to receive the bonus. For example, when I preordered from Gamestop the website said I’ll get my preorder bonus within 2 business days after the item ships. It was then emailed to me as a code.
