No Pre-Order Bonus for Ordering Console

I’ve ordered the Xbox One Halo console, which I’m going to go and pick up at midnight.

However, when I ordered it in the store I didn’t receive a code on my receipt for a pre-order bonus. I’ve ordered from GAME in the UK and I should get the Spartan Locke armour, some emblems, rampant visor, Sentinel Battle Rifle with Laser Targeter and the Bloodthirst Battle Rifle Weapon Skin.

Has anybody else got their pre-order bonus for ordering the Halo console? Does anybody know if will I get mine later on this evening?

I’ve heard that I can obtain these items in game, but I don’t know how hard they are to unlock!
