How come Halo 4 only gives the Preorder bonus to my gamertag and not my brothers? I understand that this has been stated before, but has 343 done anything about it? I know in Halo Reach that if you Redeem the code on one account, it goes to all of the gamertags on that console
Take it up with Xbox Support. The Terms and Conditions contract upon redemption clearly states that all accounts on the licensed console will have access, both online and offline.
