I purchased all the DLC thinking that the new maps would show up frequently but the new maps rarely pop up. Is there a way that I can contact 343 and ask them why this is? It’s really annoying to pay for these maps and never be able to play them. Please anybody help!
This is a common problem among most people. There used to be a playlist, but for whatever reason, they got rid of it.

DLC playlists are rotational, meaning they are introduced every so often. They are never permanent playlists since they are always among the least populated whenever they are introduced.
All the DLC maps are integrated into all existing playlists, but in order for them to show up everybody in the game lobby MUST have the DLC. IF just a single person has no DLC, the maps wont show as voting options. Unfortunately this has been a problem as for back as Halo 3 (until Bungie made most of Halo 3’s playlists DLC required). Halo 4 and Halo Reach are the worst games for this, since both games have low populations where most of the players do not own/or dont want to buy the DLC.
At this point I’m afraid the best way to get the maps to show is to party up and search with other DLC owners, as this will give you a better (but not guaranteed) chance to match against other teams of DLC owners.
