Why would 343 remove the Perfection medal?! I feel robbed of an absolutely epic game yesterday. I don’t care about a stupid commendation. I want medal that I can show off. Why were the multikill medals generisized so much. Bottom line, the good medals arent nearly as conspicuous as they need to be. Give me my perfection!!! Please!!!

I went crazy positive with no deaths yesterday and I was like “Yeahhh PER-FECTION” (in Jeff Steizer’s voice) and then I was all “Dayummm (sadface)”
WTF. We get a medal for a generic kill but no Perfection? And to add insult to stupidity I hit the glitch where I didn’t get a running riot when I went 15-0.

That’s happened to me 3 or 4 times 
i may not have gotten the medal for but 3 (self called perfections) since there isnt a medal for it isnt to bad…i like the Dominion gametype
343 messing up halo just to get more fans but they not worried about the real Halo fans. I feel robbed of my perfection too
I have had two perfections on Dominion. I haven’t received any marks on the commendations in the perfection category. Does Dominion not count? And no medal is completely bogus. I still have a picture of my very first perfection medal. The inner geek in my loves seeing those medals.

perfections are slayer game types only
For gods sake, Why 343!? i just went 19-0 and was expecting my first ever Perfection medal. about the running riot glitch, i just checked my Carnage report, it said my highest streak was 14, but overall i went 19-0. I think this is another problem on its own.

i should have had a perfection on Big Team Slayer yet didn’t get it. isn’t that a Slayer Game Type
It’s such a bummer. I miss hearing the announcer say “PerrrFECTION!” in his awesome voice at the end of the match. 343 owes me like 30 perfection sound bytes so far. I will listen to them all back to back when they are finally implemented.
I agree with everyone. The Perfection medals is a must. The most disappointing medals of all are the multi-kills. How could you (343 Industries) change such great medals to such plane ones. I don’t understand the logic. You spend so much time making a kill medal look soo great, but cant put as much effort in making what was already a great medal even better. I think you should have just left the multi-kill medals the same as Halo Reach. Just a personal opinion please don’t get offended by my comments. I am a fan who so far appreciates everything you have done with the game. I am truly please with the game overall, just the Perfection and Multi-kill medals need more attention. 
Just got robbed of my second or third perfection. It’s bullocks man…
Same here. Got my first ever Perfection two days ago 15-0. Was disappointed abut no Perfection Medal. But, it didn’t give me the Running Riot medal either (my first for that too).Yet, it recorded the Perfection stat in the Commendation section! The game is in my file share.
They should have the medals for specific weapon sprees ike in Reach as as well as the vehicle spree medals.Miss them all.

Some people still don’t understand how the medal and point system behind them works.
You get points for a generic kill because the game has a feature called “Ordnance drops”. Every action you do, a kill, an assist, a splatter kill and all the other things are worth points. These points add to your Ordnance Drop bar (the ring).
The perfection medal doesn’t make any sense in this system cauz if you get the medal…the game is already over. So why give you a medal for it? However, there is a commendation, so it is still worth to go after it. You also unlock armor pieces with it. And people can see if you died in a showdown match or not in match report screen.
And camo campers/snipers don’t deserve a medal, nor scorpion spawnkillers (that’s how I got my first perfection, lol).
So I’m glad the game doesn’t reward you with something you could brag about…

Well then, it doesn’t make sense to have a last strike medal either then. Bottom line is, perfection and specific weapon sprees should be in the game.
Perfections count as a commendation now.
