There is no Perfection medal in Halo 4. I got 16 kills in a game with no deaths and no medal other than the usual killing spree medals. I couldn’t believe it. 
From what I understand you can only get perfection in the Slayer gametype, not in objectives.
correct, no medal for perfection… only credit u get is your commendations.
i haven’t even got 1 perfection yet so i don’t see me ever filling that commendation
Had the same problem, but I played on the modes KOH and Dominion.
LogicX7 is right, it only counts on slayer gametypes. Althrough the commendation for perfection states any match…

It was in Big Team Slayer. If you look in the list of medals there isn’t one for Perfection.
Perfection has been moved from a medal to an a commendation. Sometimes they don’t unlock which is annoying btw.
Perfection has always been 15 kills at least in any slayer match with a team victory.

Yep, just commendations! Now, when you complete the commendation, you don’t have any way of tracking how many you have! Yay! Everybody wins! Now the terrible kids won’t have anything to be butthurt about!
