NO PARTY MATCHMAKING????

343 why is their no party matchmaking in halo 5? I have many things I dislike about this game and I mean many things. I still play Halo 3 with 1000 people over this game.

There is absolutely no excuse for there not being party matchmaking. For those of you that don’t know party matchmaking was in halo 2 and 3 (which is why they are the better halos) where if you had a party of 4 in matchmaking searching then you can only match another party of 4. Same for searching 3s and 2s.

So why isn’t it in this game? MCC didn’t have it because you failed epicly for the second time after halo 4 because the game was completely broken and you never fixed it like you promised you would. You just waited until halo 5 came out and forgot about it. Just leave the original trilogy that made halo awesome be remembered in vain. You say halo 5 is bringing halo back and you claim it has a high population when you haven’t even released any numbers yet. So I say again why isn’t it here? There is absolutely no excuse this game is supposed to be very competitive but when I search solo in arena and face a party of 4 I don’t see how that’s very competitive? Btw there’s many other things that makes this game not competitive and a joke but that’s for another topic. Btw before any haters wanna hate on me 343 has failed 3 times with 3 games so stop defending them.

Anyways can anyone explain this to me? This is supposed to be a competitive game and that’s a crutial key to that and they don’t have it? H5 isn’t broken like mcc so that’s no excuse and this game has a so called high population so what’s the problem? Just reply with your opinion if your just going to hate on me for trashing 343 and halo 5 don’t cuz I won’t care I know what they’ve done and I know that halo was better before they took over so you won’t convince me. Numbers don’t lie look at halo 2 and 3 populations and compare it to 4 and 5. Well they don’t compare cuz h2 and 3 are way higher but that’s not my opinion that’s numbers proving my point.

Sorry for ranting I really love halo and just don’t like the turn it’s taken. So please leave me your thoughts on party matchmaking and someone just please explain to me why it’s not here?

This is one of the key features that makes a game competitive so that is why Halo really needs it back. Please guys let’s let 343 know that this is crutial.

Menu -> press X -> Go to friends -> press Y to invite friends to Fireteam -> Go to menu -> Custom Games -> Choose map/mode -> Have friends on your Fireteam choose their team under Team bar.

You can also create custom maps and gamemodes if that’s not enough.

dude that has literally nothing to do with what im talking about. Party matchmaking is searching in arena and finding the same party size. such as if i search with 3 friends together means we can only find another party of 4 not just 4 random people.
