I’m running windows 10 64 bit version 1607 os build 14393.1593. Ryzen 7 1700x, 16 gigs of ram, GTX 970. Should run fine on my pc, but the windows store says the product wont run on my device, just xbox one. No idea why this would be, I meet all the requirements.

In the store app is where it was saying it won’t run on my device. I tried the link, it had a buy to own button, clicked it, and then it realized I already owned it and it says “Hope you are enjoying it” and the button doesn’t change to an install or download.
OK, try this…
- Go to the search bar/Cortana bar
- Type in ‘store’
- Launch the store app
- Sign in with your profile
- Click your profile and select ‘My Library’ from the drop down
- Look for the section entitled ‘Games’
- Click the show all link directly across from ‘Games’
- Find Halo Wars 2, and click the little download arrow
It just shows a hide button, and a “!” that says that the game does not work on this device where the download button should be.

Open the Store app, click on my library and show all in the games section. There should be two Halo Wars 2 listings, 1 that’s compatible and 1 that isn’t.

I totally missed the show all games part. Duh. Wow. Got it, none of the DLC shows up on the list of compatible games. But I assume they will download once the install is finished. Thank you so much for the help!

I downloaded halo wars Ultimate Edition and when the game was finally downloaded I loaded her up and it’s just the base game do I need to be online for me to get the ultimate content or what please help
