No online features work

None of my halo 5 guardians online functions have worked for the last week. I’ve not been able to play arena or firefight. I can’t even play forge or custom games without being kicked. It tells me my fireteam changed, there was a profile sync error, I can’t start dedicated servers, my privacy settings don’t let me see other players, the req service is unavailable, everything.

Literally any only capability this game once game me has stopped. I really. REALLY. Would like this fixed please.

I live in the UK, in Weston-super-mare

I have a Home Hub 1 which I’ve been told is the same as a BT homehub5?

Two Xbox ones are connected to the router, and both are connected wirelessly, having a wired connection makes no difference to halo matchmaking.

Upnp is enabled.

My NAT is open, and has never been anything different.

I have tried hard resetting both consoles and our router, I’ve tried factory resetting one console and the router, I’ve enabled upnp, I’m unable to port forward for some reason (shouldn’t need to with upnp enabled though), I’ve cleared one consoles cache, I’ve removed my profile from one console and redownloaded it, I’ve even gone as far as plugging everything into walls as oppose to extension cables to see if that helps.

Halo 5 is the only game to be acting up on BOTH of my flats consoles, there’s nothing wrong with my ISP, I’ve talked to them already and everything’s great there.

Have you tried logging into xbl on a computer. My wife account has an issue, because they had updated the terms, and she had to log in online to accept them. Only thing I can think of as your numbers look pretty good.

Do you mean Xbox.com or the windows 10 Xbox app?

Either way it didn’t come up with anything
