It does not sound any kind of voice in the game, last week the game was updated and my game was with voices in English but after the update was left with voices in Spanish, and this week the game was updated but when it started no voice of the narrator sounded.

I assume you’ve checked the settings. Other than that I don’t know what to do so you may want to try asking in the Halo 5 Support forums.
