So Yeah, I really Don’t Like Halo 4’s ranking system. I know Halo 5 Was just announced and it looks amazing, but I want to address the issues now to make it even cooler than it already seems.
So Yeah, No More SR Ranking system. It Just feels weird. So Actual ranks would be nice. The more the better. And, In each playlist/ In Ranked playlists, Give us the True skill levels to be shown IN GAME!!!

No to the removal of a ranking system I enjoy. No to the addition of a ranking system that people used and abused because by it’s design it excludes people from reaching the finish line.
No to going backwards.
It’s needed. People are unfairly placed in games. And The Numbers just feel bland. The Actual Rank in much cooler.

Give people their TrueSkill, but don’t tie it to a rank. Just a plain number like CSR. Tying it to a rank has never done anything good, in my experience.

Not everyone deserves to be a general. Let’s not have Ninja from AGL getting a 50 in every playlist within a matter of days please…

The addition of skill rank isn’t going to magically fix Halo. Skill rank cannot make a bad game good, but it can have a negative effect on an otherwise great game.

So instead something I find fun and enjoyable should get gutted?
No.
It shouldn’t or. It should be both.
Just be prepared to revisit all the same problems that H3 had that the nostalgia and rose tinted goggles make people gloss over. Be prepared to say hello to the derankers.
