I’ve suddenly started getting 3000/1500 req point cards in my Gold/Silver packs, even though there are still permanent unlocks to receive. Is this intended?
Also as a suggestion, slightly related to this topic, you should have end date listed for your Limited Edition packs. I would have bought more yesterday, but did not know they would be gone.
What permanents are you still missing?
As for the Spartan Armory pack, an end date was listed on Waypoint, but not in the REQ store. This was likely a marketing strategy to promote urgency to buy them. Not an excuse, but would give a reasoning behind it that 343i would not be likely to change.
Bahhh. I was about to buy the last 2 I needed yesterday. And the ones missing are really just a slew of Emblems, and 3 common mongoose variants. And of course, the missing skins from the Armory pack 
EDIT: They should have at least put the date in the MOTD upon start up, not necessarily the REQ store. 
So I bet you’ll need to unlock the Mongoose certifications via Bronze packs. Since Bronze packs aren’t guaranteed to unlock a permanent, it could take awhile. As for the emblems, some emblems are unlocked at particular Spartan Ranks. I know at the final Spartan Ranks, some of the legendary emblems get unlocked. I don’t think these SR-associated emblems can be obtained from REQ packs.
The skins from the Armory pack probably are not attainable right now, but maybe will be in future updates.
Silvers are SUPPOSED to give out 2 guaranteed permanent unlocks, Common through Rare, if available though. That’s why I was buying the Silvers, because they were supposed to be guaranteed lol. I figured some of the emblems were tied to ranks, some to commendation packs. And as for the Armory skins, I sure hope so >.>
