If you recall in Halo 3 you couldn’t spawn a elephant in forge. It was already preloaded on Sandtrap. I hope this is the case with the Mammoth in Halo 4. With it being such a large vehicle I would imagine this is the case. I don’t know what video you watched but maybe he was simply on the wrong map. We’ll see in some days.
