They’re going to continue “support” after this update, but we don’t know what that entails yet.
I hope more and better maps for warzone it feels like there are only 3-4 maps also i hope they add the veto system back so players can actually choose wich map they like to play instead of random map rotation it will make the game a more enjoyble experience
It did look as if they hinted it being the last free, but they might still hand more out…hopefully they do

Well there IS only five warzone maps and five assault maps. With a veto system people would probably try to avoid specific maps but I kinda agree.
I am fairly sure this is not the last one. They have said that they will continue to update the game after this update drop.

And even if they did stop, there would still be playlist updates. Bungie didn’t stop updating playlists between DLC releases.

343i may have made halo 4 and halo 5 but 343 made every halo before those and I am pretty sure this isn’t it but even if they are stopping the free updates I am sure they will release purchasable DLC content.

Yes once they stop releasing DLC they should add all of the social playlists back on permanently.
343i is supposed to address this as a “surprise” in the stream previous the update. My guess, they are doing some kind of preview for the next update as they did in previous streams.
