I fail to see what’s so funny about this…
The Forerunners can’t have plasma grenades? You do remember the Covenant copied the Forerunners on pretty much everything.
What about the spike grenades
cant we have a unsc version of that
they probably studied them enough to make our own now.
No plasma grenades!?! HERESY!!!
> The Forerunners can’t have plasma grenades? You do remember the Covenant copied the Forerunners on pretty much everything.
YET ANOTHER GOOD POINT!
There will be Covenant. And there will be plasma grenades.
> There will be Covenant. And there will be plasma grenades.
Proof?
At any rate, heard of the saying “If it quacks like a duck and walks like a duck and swims like a duck it’s a duck?” Well there’s a twist on that saying. 343 could make a Forerunner grenade that quacks like a Plasma, walks like a Plasma and swims like a Plasma, but be called QWERTY grenade.
Ditto with the Gravity Hammer so that Grifball can resume as normal.
Why are people assuming that there won’t be any Covenant? Of course at least some of the former Covenant species are going to play a role in Halo 4; they are still a major part of the story. By the way, multiplayer isn’t canon, so Covenant weapons can still be there in the unlikely event that the Covies aren’t in the Campaign.
> The Forerunners can’t have plasma grenades? You do remember the Covenant copied the Forerunners on pretty much everything.
I wouldn’t say they just “copied” Forerunner technology. They obviously reverse-engineered the technology, but with their own design.
I wouldn’t worry guys, if you read glasslands it explains that there is a thriving black market for both unsc and covenant weaponry and oni definitely have a hand in it so if there is a unsc presence in Halo 4 as the concept art suggests then covenant weaponry may well be available.
The separatists elites are with the UNSC, so I think elites weapons should to comeback:
Like the plasma grenade, energy sword, plasma rifle, plasma pistol, and vehicles too I think!!!
