I have played every halo game since the beginning and I don’t remember any one of them having team slayer with 5v5 or any one that has BTB having less than 8v8. The dumbest thing about the way that it is setup now is that the difference between the two playlists is two players. This is really ridiculous that we can’t play the game as it shipped ten years ago when the basic setup isn’t as it was ten years ago. How many agree with me and how many think that it is fine the way they have it now?

you must be very new here then, but then I look at the rank and think other things. People are aware of this, 343i is aware of this. At the time, there was bigger problems to worry about. in a way to fix it, they changed the description.

Halo 3 social slayer was/is 5v5, also BTB is now 8v8, has been for a couple of days now.

Yes they had a 5v5 playlist but it wasn’t team slayer, traditional team slayer had 4v4.
The temporary thing is a joke since if you make the max player count 8 then the left over players will get matched together therefore creatying shorter wait times and more games.

My pants are chilled. I also know that if the max player count was fixed on team slayer, the game would feel a lot more normal since most of these maps were created for 8 total players.

the next time you load into lockdown look that the caption at the bottom of the screen. it says players 2-8. 5v5 was not good then and it is still not good. I said traditional team slayer.

THEY GOTTA FIX DISCONNECTIONS AND SEARCH TIMES
You should be happy you get to play any “btb” at the state the game is currently in.

I’d much rather be playing SWAT but they nixed that in the very beginning.
