No Mark VI (NEW GEN) unlocked?

I have both “The Journey Begins” and “Cairo Station” unlocked but I don’t have the Mark VI armor that is not scarred in the “Customize your Spartan” area here on waypoint. I have Nightfall as well but no Mark VI (new Gen). Anyone else have this problem?

Also when I’m browsing the armors and helmets, I don’t get any names or descriptions.

Bump. I still don’t have mark VI (New Gen) unlocked. And I didn’t get it in the req packs either. Anyone else?

No idea have you tried the social services for halo? If they have one
