I beat the Campaign on Legendary but didn’t unlock the Mark VI armor or commendations.
The FAQ says go back that replay any campaign missions that don’t show completed in Legendary but when I look through them, they all show as being completed in Legendary. It’s only my Service Record that doesn’t show the Campaign completed in Legendary and it doesn’t specify any particular mission as being incomplete.
This is not the first time that I have not received a reward for completing a challenge. While this may be an issue related to completing the missions offline, let’s be clear about what is going on: I start every mission online. At the end of some missions, no achievements are granted and then after checking I find that it says I’m offline. No other device in the house lost connectivity and it reconnects without any problem. I was never notified at any point in game that I had gone off line.
I find the reoccurring issue of failing to be awarded for achievements extremely annoying, which is sad because I am a real fan of the franchise but I feel like I’m about to walk away in frustration.
Go into the start menu and go to commendations then player then campaign. That’s the only way to get it. The missions don’t give you it but those commendations do. So if your connected to Xbox love throughout a whole mission and whatnot then it won’t count
It’s not achievement related at all.
And remember that the player and campaign things are in te commendations menu. Hopefully you understood what I meant 
Did you mean to say Start>Career>Service Record>Campaign? In there it says that I have completed 6 missions on Legendary but doesn’t tell me which ones are not completed. Regardless of that, when I go to Campain>Mission and scroll through the missions they all show as having been completed in Legendary.
I hope you are wrong about the issue being that I need to be connected throughout the game. If it is that important, then I would think that it should give me an error message or something like other games do when I get disconnected for some reason. Instead it just let me struggle through the mission only to be unrewarded??? Unsatisfactory.
Yeah I meant service record and if you press A on campaign it should bring up a list of campaign missions with which ones you have to complete. I am also POSITIVE you need to have Internet throughout the whole mission as I heard of others having the problem.
But yeah try te service record commendations section and ignore what your campaign lobby tells you cuz that’s just your offline progress and not linked to the armor other than getting all the commendations for legendary (similar to getting x amount of kills commendation unlocks armor)
Edit: I’m pretty sure it’s up on the start menu the left one in campaign commendations
Thanks for the feedback. If you are correct though, and it seems as though you are, then I quit. I’m not even sure the disconnects are on my end. I got the Lone Wolf achievement so Xbox Live believes I completed the mission. I’ve repeatedly not received my promised rewards. Thanks 343 for the sour ending of my lengthy Halo career. It’s over, I’m done.
Note to 343 - If you are going to make the player’s Career the focal point of the entire game, then you might want to make sure that part is bullet proof.
I’ve gone around and around looking for support for this issue. So it appears 343i has ZERO support Halo4??? That SUCKS!
That is very strange indeed.
Easy way to monitor Mk VI progress is looking at your commendations > Player > Campaign.
Check your stats on Halo Waypoint. I believe it shows what missions you’ve last played, and which ones were completed.
OP you need to redo the last 2 missions.
Why? Why do I have to redo it? I logged into Xbox Live (like always) and played the campaign all the way thru until I saw the Master Chief’s eyes. Check my Xbox Live Halo4 achievements; I have both The Legend of 117 and the Lone Wolf Legend achievements. I logged into Xbox Live and completed the campaign all the way thru on legendary difficulty with no restarts. Why should I have to use the limited game time I already have to redo it when I’ve already earned it and would rather be playing Ops. And what assurance do I have that it would even work this time? Why am I being treated as if this were my fault??? With the number of complaints about this (enough to land it in the FAQ) it would seem this would be a problem that 343i might want to FIX instead of acting as if it were our fault and telling us to do it over again~ When did this attitude become the accepted level of support for a game that many of us paid $100 or more for?
There is nothing you can do but restart what missions didn’t get their comidations done. Sorry but you have to be connected to Live in order to get MkVI armor. I know it’s frustrating but that’s what you have to do. Sorry
