No Mark 6 Armor and other issues

So I beat Halo on Legendary last night with my 2 friends (coop) and they all recieved the Mark 6 armor but I did not. I have completed every mission as my service record shows yet I did not get the armor. Also- when I am in game lobbies, my custom armor is not showing and it says I am SR1 when I am really 28… If i push start and go to customize I can see all my stuff, I am 28, but my loadouts are not in any mulitiplayer games.

This is really frustrating on multiple levels- the worst part is that I havent had any problems until yesterday. It just stopped working. Is there a fix on the way out for this or is there an email address for Halo 4 support that anyone knows about? I dont really want to play the game anymore till this is fixed and that sucks because it’s by far the best Halo game I have played.

For the no Mark VI issue, try this:

Launch Halo 4 > Open your Commendations > Player > Campaign.

Is the Legend commendation completed?

If not, look through Dawn - Midnight and find out which one isn’t completed, and re-do that/those missions on Legendary.

Thanks for the reply, and I wish that was the case but every single one is completed on Legendary. I got the XBOX Live achievement and everything.

You have to be online when you complete the missions to unlock the armor. They are not unlocked by achievements but the campaign commendations. Check them to see what missions you have to replay

What i dont understand though is that I did this online coop- I was online the entire time, otherwise I would not have been able to do it with my brothers in chicago and denver.
