No longer matching for Arena Games

Hi there. i’m a fairly new player to Halo 5.
The first week I played, I was able to match on Arena every evening: multiple games, no problems.
In the three weeks since then, I have been unable to match every time that I choose Arena (Bronze 2). I am able to find matches on Slayer, SWAT, FFA etc, but I really prefer to play Strongholds and Capture the Flag.
I spoke with XBOX support and they had me delete my profile, power cycle, then re-install my profile. This allowed me to match for one Arena game but then went back to unable to match. I tried the same sequence again with no results. They have seen my network settings and said they are fine.
The other XBOX player in my house is able to match on all games without any problem. Same XBOX, same network connection.
Can anyone help or provide a better way to contact Halo Customer Support?

This support forum is the closest thing 343i has to a customer support service. There is no phone number to call or email to send.

Thanks Chimera30. That’s what I thought but I was hopeful someone might have more information than I did since it doesn’t seem like 343i has responded to any of the posts I can find from people having similar issues to mine.

Just so I understand this right there are two xboxs in the house sharing the same network? And if so are both hard wired or both wireless or one only wireless? Another thing to check is to make sure your Nat is set to Open.

Or is it one xbox with two different profiles on it?

It’s one Xbox with two profiles. The other profile has no problem matching in any playlist. My profile won’t match in arena but will match in other playlists without any problem. The Xbox is wired with nat set to open.

Thanks for the suggestion. I checked the website you provided and it says my reputation level is good player with no feedback reported.
I’m hoping at this point that when the new season starts, the problem will just fix itself.
