No longer have access to the Recon helmet

Hi everyone,
Just recently I got my hands on a xbox one and I wanted to play Reach again after so many years. So I bought a new copy of the xbox store and booted it up only to find my spartan wearing the default helmet and my recon helmet no where in sight. First thing I did it go to google and the only real answer I got was to go into downloadable content and install it there as people said if I had it in the first place then it should appear there. Well it didn’t(only thing that was there was the anniversary map pack) and all other solutions were a bust so I was wondering if there is anything else I can do. Even when I loaded up waypoint and looked at my old spartan it showed him wearing the helmet so that proves that I did infact have it once upon a time.

Yeah, I think you have to download it from the store but, it should be free. When I transferred to the Xbox one my spartan was wearing all recruit armor too but, I still had everything unlocked in the armory.

If you put the save data for the Recon Pre-Order helmet on the cloud it should work, at least that’s what I did.
