I know it wasn’t advertised as having one, but it feels odd that one of the most expensive and harder to aquire items didn’t come with anything in game. Don’t get me wrong the console design and controller are great, rather had a physical halo copy but got the console early. Yet even the elite controller had something to show for it in game.
Have any of the nerf weapons? Skins and charms, toys, drinks or mega bloks? Emblems, coatings and charms. But the thing that cost the most, had scalpers and bots to contend with? Not even a sticker.
Yes the value was the themed xbox, but knowing the rubber on most limited edition controller grips give out with extended use or that their paint gradually wears on the contact points. Makes it hard to use if you don’t want to ruin it.
Just think it’d been neat if it did show representation for the console too, be it a warthog skin that has the flat black with gold lines that gradually fade to stars, Cortana blue ringed wheels, a charm of the gold power button that glows. An Ai chip charm that has a glowing blue ring etc.
