Today I completed campaign solo on legendary. I was hoping to get my Mark VI. What I learned soon after is that you need to be signed into XBL. However, my internet went out for two missions. Shutdown and Midnight and the accommodation did not track.
I seriously do not feel doing that again and if possible, can 343 manually update them?
Simply put, it’s not going to happen. Though it sucks, the only thing to do is to do it again while connected to XBL.

Wow, that’s a heart breaker. Try signing back in and playing it on co-op. Thats how I got mine. Hope I helped.
Had the same thing happen to me with Midnight. Luckily Midnight really isn’t that long when you know exactly how to go about it. I just did the mission again.

Shutdown you can pretty much skip straight to Delta with a not so secret glitch. And with the open area with all the banshees you can fly straight to the next room, though you might want to kill the closest turret because it might kill you. Done.
Midnight? Probably one of the easiest missions to do on Legendary. The first part isn’t difficult and everything after that is just knowing what weapons to have on you. If it’s really hard just steamroll it with some other people.
Lol. That sucks. 343 isn’t going to just “update” it, so you’re just going to have to do it again. I’d be willing to help in coop. I’ve already completed the campaign 3 times, so I know what I’m doing.
Thanks for the replies! Just completed Shutdown with a 2nd controller. Only problem is you can’t turn off vibration on a guest account. Damn, those grunts with the fuel rods, yeah. Damn them to hell.
Probably going to do Midnight later on today and then it is a matter of attaining the rest of the campaign achievements and doing co-op on Heroic. If anyone is up for that I do not mind.
Anyone? Also just finished it and got it. Got pretty mad when I accidentally restarted Midnight at the final bridge.
