What is your download speed and upload speed?
Wireless?! LOL! Get a wire and call it a day.
Try a wired connection OP and see if your connection stabalizes any? Fast connections don’t always mean it will be a perfect connection. I’m 150 down / 10 up and can still run into issues from time to time
I don’t think the hammer can tell the difference between a disconnect and a quit, its a computer when it sees a quit, no matter why it happened, its a quit in its book.

Unfortunately, lagging out and quitting are the same things in the games logic system so there is no way to really fix it unless you want people to be able to quit without consequence.
Sometimes I wish the banhammer was more severe as I almost always have someone leave my game.
