I have been signed up for the halo insider for about 3 weeks and heard that everyone already signed up would get an invite but i still have not gotten an email. Im hoping I just have not gotten the email yet but no beta codes have been sent yet and none on the halo insider website. When i also went to access the flight overview I could not access it.
(I have mcc on pc if that could change anything)
Everyone who was eligible was invited to the flight. If you don’t have any messages here on Waypoint about being invited and you can’t access the Insider Support Site (https://aka.ms/HaloSupportInsider) then 1 of 3 things is likely happening:
- You’re not logged in with the correct account. If you have any other email addresses you use, like having a different email set for communication on your Insider profile, try signing in with those details and see if you have the invite - Something in your Insider profile wasn’t correctly updated before the flight deadline, meaning you weren’t invited - You have had enforcement action taken against you at some point causing you to be banned from MCC, this can and will affect your ability to participate in flightingIf you’re confident you have the correct details and have an email saying you were invited, you can file a ticket on the support site: https://aka.ms/HaloSupport

Hi there, could you verify some things? I’m aware of several dozen people who’ve all been signed up for months, and whom have participated in several flights previously yet have still received no code, nor an email. If this is the case, how is it that everyone who was eligible was invited?
I am not one of these people; I did however sign up and set up my account at the end of last week, and I am able to access the Insider page as you mentioned. Furthermore, the Halo 4 flight post on r/Halo indicates that “If your Insider Profile was properly setup earlier this week, you WILL be invited to this flight.” My profile was definitely set up before earlier this week, yet I like many others have received no invitation to the flight. I realise that as a team you’ve probably received multiple inquiries regarding this issue, but it would be nice if someone could confirm what exactly is going on here, as there seems to be a fair bit of conflicting information floating around at the moment in regards to the Halo 4 flight. Thanks.
Only 343 can provide further clarification on this, I can only deal with the information that has been released by them so far and from what I have observed and learned from past flights.

Thank you for the response. I suspect they’re probably aware of the flighting issue by now; I hope something can be done, especially for those who’ve been in previous flights. 
Just throwing in on this thread too that I have not been invited either. Still waiting on literally anything from 343 at least admitting that there is an issue. Been signed since before Reach and have been invited to all flights barring CE.

If none of those are the case, as is with mine, when does 343 accept responsibility for not doing their promised due diligence? I really don’t like being lied to. Having done the Halo 3 and ODST flights, not been banned and met all eligibility requirements, it feels like either an automated system isn’t working or someone at the office messed up. Things happen, but making up a story about how it’s the person who signed up’s fault instead of owning up to the mistake is downright inappropriate.

I appreciate you’re not able to give any concrete answers regarding the issue, but the latter statement is simply not true. I’ve received “you probably missed the cutoff” as an answer to my queries on the Reddit thread, which is also not true, according to the thread’s own (rather vague) definition of the cutoff. I ask that you pass these issues on to 343 so there can, at least, be some response to this whole thing. After all, while it’s frustrating for me, I can’t imagine how irritating it must be for those who’ve been signed up for months and have effectively been promised a chance to test Halo 4.

You needed to have signed up by last week, if you only signed today then you won’t get an invite I’m afraid - unless they send out another wave, but nothing on that has been announced

I have seen people from other threads get invited some time after the flighting came out. Are they peppering out the invitations? I am just hoping there is another wave.
