I would advise not to play that, since it is a modded gametype. You may be penalized.

IIRC, you won’t get in trouble if you download the gametype, but if youhave them on your fileshare for to long, then it may be a problem.

But we can finally (somewhat) make classic gametypes now!

You are correct about being fine to play them. You only get in trouble for uploading modded content to fileshare aka modded pictures in Halo 3.
