I’ve completed all the commendations for enemies,weapons,and everything for wz and wzff and now I feel like there is no incentive to even play it anymore…only if btb was better…
You get gold pack…that’s not really a reward if you have all reqs.
You get a mode where you don’t have to be sweaty.
That’s a better reward.^

Btb has horrible maps,there is alot of competition in ranked game modes (none of my friends play ranked) and to me it’s just not as fun as previous halo’s
I kinda feel the same way, i was in your shoes two days ago. Idk try to get into arena, i play lots of arena now. Oh and there is forge and campaign to master. Where there is a will there is a way, and im sure 343 will cook something up that will bring u back.

I Beat campaign on solo and coop legendary,I only need a few achievements, some which seem annoying to get by yourself and going in anything ranked solo is gonna be a nightmare

I’m not that type of player,I’ll admit I’m above average and I’m not gonna go for a rank I know I don’t deserve.At best I could maybe hit low to mid onyx, but I don’t care enough to try

I could help u get those achievements your missing. And yeah ranked solo can be frustrating. Personaly i have days where i think halo 5 has nothing to offer me, but i keep on trying to find the fun in it. Lately i have been playing music from other shooters over halos music, thats helped. You could just take a break and come back to halo 5 later.

The elite general is pretty easy (enemy of my enemy) and I’ll run Party Hearty with you if you’d like. I have both of those. If you can get two others we could do Harbinger.
How about playing just to have fun?
Warzone has been both fun and frustrating as to how I approach commendations. I only have 4 or 5 weapon commendations left, so I delete all other weapons other than the plasma caster, incineration cannon, splaser and one other so I can get those commendations. It’s forced me to use every weapon which has really been cool to become familiar with each one, but I look forward to when I master them all and feel I can pick which weapons I want rather than the way I’ve chosen to play for now.
Get to sr 152, Get to oynx or champion csr in arena, … or if the game isn’t fun for you any more move on to another game. I play Halo because it’s fun and it’s what I enjoy. I don’t need digital trinkets as incentive to play.

Fun?, maybe in Warzone Firefight but the competitive edge is dead due to the game being pretty badly balanced, isn’t as fun to play…even when winning due to the endless ranting in-game.

H5 is balanced pretty well in my opinion, there are a couple of tweaks that could be made and those aren’t crucial. Mechanically H5 is sound, other than the awful spawns. I do find H5 a bit too focused on the competitive non-sense and lacking the proper amount of social playlists and gametypes. I personally manage to have fun when I play, if I wasn’t having fun I would have moved on by now.

Balanced? No:
Spawn Killing
Flinch
Poorly designed radar
Uneven starts for Warzone where the player is punished if the team doesn’t get enough kills early on instead of giving even vehicles, etc…
Long range weapons against Infected…aka spawn camping, spawn trapping and making it near impossible to get near survivors on certain maps.
Useless cameo that does nothing to help the infected.
No way to counter locks on from weapons like the Hydra or general vehicles that can be instant killed by lock on weapons due to UNSC/Covenant having no flares.
Poor boundaries in places that in a lot of cases that can get you killed
AI spawns that instantly spawn next to you and killing you instantly with no way to avoid.
Spawns that spawn you off cliffs into death zones.
Team-killing in griffball because the dev’s never thought of turning friendly fire off and with the gravity effect turned off against friendly players.
Spawn trapping in some maps.
But sure you think this game is balanced somehow…and that’s just a few of the idea’s of the top of my head.
