I am trying to join a spartan company but because i have a child account i dont have a inbox meaning i cant recieve invites from friends. I contacted xbox live and they said they changed my account i have tried to refresh the page and there is still no inbox they told me to post on the forums i would appreciate some help or a way to contact 343 directly. Thanks

No Inbox? Check your profile, look for an Inbox tab

I moved this into the support forum. Hopefully some one will see it and help you out.

Our understanding is that it has something to do with XBL child accounts, privacy/TOS and something most likely concerning liability. Since an XBL account is a child account, some of those restrictions carry over to Waypoint. Hopefully some one over here sees this and can help you out.

If you are a child you need to talk to your parents and have them adjust the settings on your XBL account.

i have had the settings adjusted on my xbox live account
i checked the age and it was set over 18 i really want to be in a spartan company please help

The dropdown menu on the top right of the forums. Click on that and there should be a link that says “Inbox”

I’ve got the same problem I can’t see the inbox. But I have been invited to a Spartan
companie

just like you i have all my child settings set so i can do what i want and yet i still cant find the bloody inbox so if anyone has any other ideas on how to fix this stupid issue plz let me know cause like others i have been invited to a spartan company and am unable to accept it
