I have been trying to join my clan’s Spartan Company but I do not have any inbox option for my profile. Also Waypoint errors out when I try to message any of my clan mates.
Waypoint has been pretty hammered today with the sharp increase in activity / traffic, it will likely settle down soon as the team works on the stabalising the site. In the mean time, you can either wait a few hours and see it it’s any better, or sometimes trying another browser might work in case you have some bad data cached?
I have that problem too.

What happens when you try and visit this page - does it give you an error or just say if can’t be found? If you haven’t already, try clearing your cache / cookies and then log in and try again, possibly try another browser and see if you have any luck. If it still doesn’t work after that, might need one of the web team to look at that for you

I entered the wrong age when it asked me to watch a trailer and now it wont let me watch trailer or join spartan companies!

Try clearing your cache / cookies and try again, or try with another browser.
