I can’t find my inbox anywhere. Can’t receive my Spartan Company invite. Plus there’s no join company button on the company page because they don’t have members?
Hey OP, are you able to take a screenshot and post what you see when you click the dropdown? Don’t doubt you, just really strange why you can’t access it. For reference, this is what I see when I click the menu

sign out
There isn’t one for me either and I signed out and signed back in again but still no inbox.

Would it be an age thing? Both of my son’s accounts don’t have an inbox, however, both my wife and I show an inbox on our accounts. I would like to get my boys into my Spartan Company so that we all get the REQ pack.

If you have a child Xbox account, the Inbox option will not be available.
Well then how do I add my kids to my Spartan Company? I was disappointed when I found out that we can’t play coop campaign together (we have 2 Xbox ones that we play 2 per screen… not anymore) but now I can’t even have them in a “family” Spartan Company. Please help me get them set up outside of using an Inbox.
343 Can u please change this if a child can’t access this thing. A lot of people are quite young that play this game and still want all the same qualities as everyone else. like companies and to message friends, also to send invites. I’m sure every one on this forum agrees. I’m wondering, can we still join a freinds dissastablished companie? If so how. They have sent me heaps of invites but yep I can’t access them
Have you tried having the child account just view the Spartan Company’s page and clicking “Request to Join”? That should work without the child account needing to use the inbox.

It’s the problem. No, there’s no “join company” option either. This stinks.
Yeah we can’t join. Any way I’m trieing to join an unestablished company. It’s a group that does’nt have 4 or more people.

I don’t even have a child account and it doesn’t work for me same problems and everything 343 GET YOU WEBSITE TOGETHER even if children can’t do all of this stuff you should at least have another way to join a spartan company and I personally don’t really care about this site its just that my clan leader needs me to join the clan but I can’t! ugh this is so annoying 343 at least check if this is a bug or a glitch or maybe a profile glitch like…please figure it out 
even if I can’t join my clan I need to know if this is a bug or not…343 plz respond
