I have searched the internet and even talked to Microsoft about getting in contact with someone at 343 and this is literally the only way that I was recommended to contact their team. I am looking to talk to a customer service representative from 343 to explain my over a months ban on matchmaking. There was no email, no warnings, legit nothing and then one day I log on and I can’t play the game for almost a month and a half now. And on top of that I now have no way of reaching out to contact someone about why I was even banned in the first place. I am super confused because I have no reason to know why I was banned in the first place, if it was legitimate, if it was warranted, or the reason of the ban in general. Please can a 343 member reach out to me and help me figure this out, because it is severely frustrating at this point. Please reply soon, as I am eagerly awaiting a response and solution to this matter.
Likely means you either afk’ed for numerous games or you said something very inappropriate in the text chat or in your clan tag.
