Well, I was stupid and put in my real age… I’m 16 and apparently I’m still a “child” so I can’t get the pack. If I can play Halo and other games, why can’t I get a REQ Pack? What’s violent about a Free REQ? It’s an add-on. I can’t get it ;( Is there another way?
EDIT: I’ve tried everything, literally. I can’t get it. Welp, thanks 343 for not making it available for everyone. You know there is a majority of Halo players that are under 18 right? Should have at least made another way to get the HWC Pack besides having to go to Xbox.com

Same thing happened to me. Its really annoying that I can’t get it as the challenger armor looks awesome.

if it wasn’t: Really? When did you start playing halo or video games in general? Probably AS A KID/TEEN. It shouldn’t matter how old people are to play games (excluding ratings about blood/gore/language etc.)

If you’re under 18 you aren’t supposed to be buying it either. The price being $0.00 on the marketplace doesn’t change Microsoft’s purchase policies. Here. Calm down and go get your parents. No one’s taking advantage of you and you don’t need to be upset.

Ok, Im sorry. I don’t want to argue but you guys still have to understand that this matters to me. It really makes me sad seeing everyone “or most loyal fans” having the armor and emblems I really wanted. There just should have been another way so people aren’t left out. Well, you guys enjoy this Free REQ.
Really its just a Req pack, nothing huge; but it boils down to Microsoft’s policy, so the only way around that is to have your parents information for the xbox live account. But at least you’re not missing out on the gameplay, which is really what it’s all about, the cosmetics won’t affect the enjoyment you can get from the gameplay.
