I have fired up Halo 5 a few times over the last few days - and when the Message of the day tells me to hit Y to open my present…I just get taken to the “Req Store”. Any ideas?
Hey OP, you needed to have logged into Halo 5 between December 21st and Jan 1st in order to get the free REQ pack. If you got the candy cane / santa emblems in one of the previous years then you didn’t miss out on anything. There’s no way to get the pack now I’m afraid, unless 343 release it again later this year
