Ok so i pre-ordered halo cea and when i put the game in my xbox and go to skulls there is no grunt funeral skull and i dont know how to get my avatar masterchief armor please help and the only code in my case is the map pack code
Call the store and tell them, It should have been in there, if they can’t help call xbox help and support.
You should have had two cards with codes.
If you didn’t you’ll need to take that up with the retailer you picked it up at as it sounds they may have given you a non-preordered copy.
there are cards in the game box, with codes. Type the codes in the marketplace (or press guide button, go all the way left, and redeem code), wait for download to finish, and enjoy.

Somehow, that doesn’t seem legal. But I bought mine on release day at gamestop and they were selling nothing but pre-order editions.
