No Gold REQ Packs yet...

I’ve been watching those Mixer Matchups for Halo 5 for a while now (since yesterday), and I still haven’t gotten my REQ Packs yet. Is there an issue? Or do u have to wait until the 26th to get ur REQ Packs?

Weirdm I already got the 3 gold pack

First have you log in with you microsoft account in MIXER? and when you saw the stream it appear the loot?

No, I have not received them yet. I’ve been waiting since last night.

They don’t just appear… #1 be sure you are logged into your account… #2 be sure you are on a stream that counts… #3… click on the loot icon to track your progress. You have to “watch” 200 kills which updates after each game. #4 after reaching 200 you can then claim your loot. Click on the loot icon, select the platform (Xbox) and then they give you a code. #5 enter the code in the Xbox store use a code section… Then you will have a gold pack appear in your unopened packs in H5.
