So I just purchased a gold req pack and it charged me for it, but it didn’t give it to me because it said there was a problem with the req system. I still got charged for it, but didn’t get any reqs. Has anyone else had this problem and know who I can talk to, because I can’t find anyone.
If your error happened once you went to open it then don’t worry as you’ll still get your items. All that happens here is that you skip the opening animation. You can hard reset your console or check your REQ inventory here on Waypoint for whatever new items you got
