No Game Download Code Halo 5: Guardians LCE

Hello 343,

I have the Halo 5: Guardians LCE box which is awesome.
I must have searched the box everywhere about one thousand times but cannot
locate the game download code.

It seems the game download is missing. Contact Microsoft, Microsoft goes contact
the retailer where I bought it but then the retailer goes contact Microsoft.
I am not sure what else to do.
Can you help?

That suuuuuuucks…

It is possible that the retailer took it, or Microsoft did not put it in, or you just lost it somehow.
You are going to have to go through hours of calling them both… If it really wasn’t your fault don’t give up! Get what you deserve.

However you should share this to Halo Support in the forums.

I remember having difficulty finding the assassins creed digital download in my xbox one. Im sorry i don’t remember where I found it but it was there. That’s a real shame but with the recite Microsoft might be able to tel that the code you received wasn’t used, cancel it, and give you a new one. sorry I’m no help, hope you get this sorted out.

This is definitely on the retailer. I would go back and talk to them again. Keep going up the chain if you have to.
