No friendly fire is one of the dumbest things that 343 has ever done.
Edit: Can we get a 343 admin to take a look at that video and tell us that no friendly fire is a good idea?
Well on the flip side, I would rather have some occasional silly gameplay like this then getting into a match where a teammate would decide to betray me the entire game because I picked up the Sniper first.
King of the Hill still has friendly fire.
I wish they traded places though in terms of friendly fire. I’m getting sick and tired of accidentally betraying my teammates because they seem to suffer from Rush the Guy who’s Stuck Syndrome.

Thank you!!! Friendly fire is one of the stupidest things they have done along with hitmarkers and killcams and ordinance. I hope they remove it soon.
One of the many reasons I am annoyed by the choice to turn off friendly fire in slayer. Sure it looks fun to do, but it should be done in custom games.

This thread made me laugh because I remembered how everyone always complained about Friendly Fire because they would get betrayed the moment they got their hands on a rifle/power weapon. Now everyone is complaining that Friendly Fire isn’t in the game.
Don’t really see anything cheap or overpowered about that. You’re still letting the guy get RIGHT next to you in order for them to be able to kill.
Players always exploit things that weren’t intended by developers. This is just one of those many cases.

yea this isnt gamebreaking…the person you sticky is still vulnerable to die, and considering it takes 2 for this strategy, and someone can pick both of you off from range, its fun but not really effective
you know, there’s way more ways to abuse friendly fire, like killing a teammate so you can get the sniper lol

looks pretty cool to me, i find that allowing friendly fire is more abusing then not, people kill you for power weapons, obviously you prefer killing people and getting killed by those on your team.
this only makes me love this game more
